This charming 4 bedroom house is located in the heart of Camps Bay. The villa is split into three levels that ensures plenty of space and privacy. The villa's décor is white and simplistic with splashes of colour throughout. There are superb sea and mountain views that can be enjoyed from the large wooden terrace, kitchen and lounge. The open plan lounge and dining area offers ample space to relax with friends and family and on a hot summers day, one can access the pool located on the lower level and enjoy an al fresco meal with the properties outdoor dining facilities. Summer Rose is a 2 minute drive to Camps Bay Beach or a 5 minute walk to Bakoven Beach which makes it the ideal vacation spot.
